What happens when a library turns 40? It has a BIRTHDAY PARTY!
The South End Branch of The Ferguson Library celebrates four decades of library service to the Stamford community Wednesday, April 28 from 5:30 – 7 p.m. There will be a special celebration at the branch with music by Richard ‘Cookie’ Thomas. Refreshments generously provided by the Friends of Ferguson. The South End Branch is located at 34 Woodland Avenue.
Children are invited to make a poster describing what they like about their library. Posters will be displayed at the branch as part of the anniversary celebration. Posters are due April 26.
